1. Bedingungen

Der Mietvertrag kommt mit der Buchungsbestätigung zustande.
 
Eine Zahlung in Höhe von 100 % ist bei direkt Buchung über die Website fällig.

Stornierungen für Aufenthalte bis 30 Tage,  sind bis 30 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei.

Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Wohnung pfleglich zu behandeln und Schäden sofort zu melden.

Die Hausordnung ist Bestandteil des Mietvertrags.
 

2. Stornobedingungen

Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

Bis 30 Tage vor Anreise: kostenlose Stornierung, Anzahlung wird zurückerstattet.
